Seafood Buffet

Celebrate Friday with an unlimited choice of seafood, including oysters, an abundance of fine sushi, antipasti, salads, whole fish carving, and much more, all prepared for you by our team of talented chefs from only the freshest catch received each day. Sunday Brunch

Spend some quality time with family and friends while enjoying the delicious brunch buffet at Cinnamon. Upon entering the restaurant, diners will view a dessert counter displaying a delectable array of cakes, pastries and breads, and see other stations offering a range of sumptuous international fare including pasta, poultry carvings, fine sushi, and fresh seafood, all of which are ready to excite the taste buds. Brunch will be served from 12 – 3 pm and priced at IDR 258,000++ per person, including free flow drinks.

Festival of Epiphany

On the 12th day after Christmas, the French and Spanish celebrate the Festival of Epiphany, to mark the presentation of gifts to the infant Jesus by the three kings. To honour this wonderful tradition,  Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop will produce four delectable items featuring King Gallette; baked puff pastry tourte filled with almond cream; Tortell De Reis, Marsipan paste filled brioche crown; Twelfth Cake, similar to English fruit cake; and Twelfth Night Jam Tart, a British Epiphany jam tart. These festival bakery specials is available from now to 6 January 2013 with prices starting at IDR 230,000+ per piece.

Orient-Canadian Lobster

This month, seafood lovers can savour delicious Canadian lobster at Xin Hwa. Using only the finest and freshest lobsters, Executive Chinese Chef Jeff Lee and his culinary team will prepare dishes  that use a quintessential Cantonese recipe but with a unique and contemporary twist, while at the same time maintaining the lobster’s true flavor. Each of these seasonal specialties will be prepared with a different cooking technique, from steamed with garlic and glass vermicelli with a hot and sour flavour, to steamed with homemade green ginger puree and oven baked with cheese and spicy XO sauce. The menu can be enjoyed with family and friends at lunch and dinner, and dishes are priced at IDR 1,100,000++ per item.
